Gerald Grinstein: Gerald (Jerry) Grinstein is CEO Emeritus of Delta Air Lines. He was named CEO of Delta Air Lines in January 2004. He had been a director of Delta since 1987 and served as Delta’s non-executive chairman from August 1997 until October 1999. Mr. Grinstein served as non-executive chairman of Agilent Technologies from 1999 through November 2002. He retired as chairman and CEO of Burlington Northern Inc. in 1995. Before joining BNI, Mr. Grinstein served as president and CEO of Western Airlines, Inc., from 1984 through March, 1987, when Western merged with Delta. Mr. Grinstein is currently a strategic director at Madrona Venture Group. He is a Trustee of the Henry M. Jackson Foundation and a board member of Long Live the Kings, The Seattle Foundation, Foster Business School, University of Washington Foundation and the William D. Ruckelshaus Center.

Louis H. Mills: Mr. Mills is a Retired Partner from a regional CPA firm and has been serving on public and private company boards. He has served on the board of public financial institutions on their audit and compensation committees. He is Chairman of Foundation Banks Audit committee. Mr. Mills also is involved in real estate development and business advising to closely held businesses. Mr. Mills is on the accounting advisory board for the University of Washington and is also member of Seattle Rotary. He is also a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of CPAs.

Robert J. Pfau: In 1999 Mr. Pfau retired after a 35-year career with U.S. Bank. He has a strong background in all facets of lending and has held the positions of Branch Manager and Credit Administrator. During his final ten years at U.S. Bank, Mr. Pfau served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader for its Seattle Metro Corporate Banking division.

Walter E. Schoenfeld: Mr. Schoenfeld served as Chairman of Vans, Inc., from 1996 until the sale of the company in June 2004. He served as Vice President and Director of the Seattle Sonics parent company from 1968–1979 and was a General Partner of the Seattle Mariners from 1976-1983. Mr. Schoenfeld was Chairman of Schoenfeld Industries from 1971-1982 and Schoenfeld Group from 1983-1996. In addition, he has previously served on the Board of Reading Railroad, Sunshine Mining and several other public companies.

Mr. Schoenfeld presently serves as a Trustee on the Board for the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center at Eisenhower, Rancho Mirage, and for the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. Other civic involvement has included serving on the Boards of PONCHO, ACT Theatre, Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Temple De Hirsch Sinai, and as a Trustee of the Seattle Foundation and the Chairman of the Northwest Kidney Center.
