Foundation Bank Online Banking offers our clients secure access to their Foundation Bank accounts and the ability to obtain balance information, perform account transfers, view and print images of cleared checks and deposited items, retrieve statements and transaction history, download transactions to financial management software, place stop payments, and pay bills all via the Internet.

Online Banking Cash Management
With the additional Cash Management module clients can also originate ACH transactions, initiate wire transfers, clear checks issued through Positive Pay, and make Federal Tax payments.

ACH Origination
With this tool businesses can reduce payroll-processing costs and control the timing of payments and receivables.  ACH Origination allows businesses to originate electronic transactions for purposes such as direct deposit of payroll, payment of invoices and the collection of receivables. 

Wire Transfer Services
Using wire transfers, businesses can make a same-day transfer of funds from their account to another financial institution. Businesses utilize the Internet to initiate wires at anytime and can create easy-to-use templates for repeat wires.

Positive Pay
A fraud prevention tool, positive pay involves a comparison of checks issued to those presented for payment.  The bank receives a list of checks issued by the business and then, as they are presented, the bank verifies the check against those issued and returns any checks not authorized by the company.

Federal Tax Payments
You can make your Federal Tax Payments either at our branch or through our Online Banking service.

Remote Deposit Capture
Foundation Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture enables you to deposit checks without ever leaving your office by allowing you to scan your checks to create balanced deposits.

VISA Debit and ATM Cards
Your Foundation Bank VISA Debit Card is your checkbook and ATM Card rolled into one.  As an ATM Card you have access to cash at ATM machines throughout the world.  As a VISA Debit Card you can make purchases anywhere VISA is accepted and the funds are automatically debited from your checking account, just like writing a check.
